To help stop the Coronavirus pandemic, experts insist on the practice of social distancing: staying at least 6 feet away from other people to avoid being infected or infecting other people.

Follow these steps to protect your family and your community: 

  • Avoid gatherings of 10 or more people.

  • Cancel trips that are not urgent

  • Go shopping for essential things only

  • Order food for takeout or delivery

  • Help keep our elderly loved ones at home

  • Work from home if possible
