Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity and Supervisor Horvath Celebrate Graduation of 35 Entrepreneurs from Economic Mobility Initiative Academy

On July 12, the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity and Supervisor Lindsey Horvath joined us to graduate 35 local entrepreneurs from the first Entrepreneurship Academy through the new Economic Mobility Initiative (EMI). The 8-week Entrepreneurship Academies help individuals start a business with training, mentorship, access to capital, and other critical resources, including support with developing a business plan, human resources, marketing, managing finances, and more. Congratulations to all! We are excited to hear about your success.

We are currently hosting Entrepreneurship Academies in Hollywood and Canoga Park (Spanish). There is time to sign up for our next cohorts in North Hollywood and Reseda (Spanish), which are scheduled to start in September. Give us a call today to register for EMI at (818) 302-6114.
