Rolling Speed Performance on A Financial Goal
Marielle Castorena is the CEO of Rolling Speed Performance INC, which she launched in January 2019 in the city of Canoga Park. Marielle took her 10+ years of experience closing contracts with used tire companies and working for dealerships to open her own car repair shop business, an industry typically dominated by men. She wanted to prove herself that she is capable of accomplishing an entrepreneurial venture and wanted to have economic independence for herself and her family.
At the beginning, she focused on promoting her business by going door-to-door with flyers. This allowed her to visit businesses, ensuring that the prospects received the flyer while also giving it a personal touch. She felt this technique would help her business gain new clients. Within the first year, Rolling Speed Performance INC started to gain a clientele and sales started to go up.

The North Valley BusinessSource Center, in partnership with CHRYSALIS, a nonprofit organization with the goal of Changing Lives Through Jobs, are working together to hire two full time experienced mechanics for Rolling Speed Performance INC. Rolling Speed Performance INC is seeking to apply for a Microloan.
An important part of their future goals is to provide an employment opportunity to people who have experience in the field, as well as those who don’t have the experience but are eager to learn and gain the skills necessary for success. She feels this is a way to give back to the community.
